Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar proudly commemorated 30 Years of Excellence on Wednesday, 05 August 2026 with a vibrant celebration reflecting the school’s inspiring journey over the past three decades. The occasion featured a range of meaningful activities that encouraged students to celebrate the institution’s achievements and look ahead with confidence.
The day commenced with a Shradhanjali to the Founder Fathers, followed by a special assembly showcasing the school’s milestones, achievements, and growth over the last 30 years.
Students across all classes participated in thoughtfully planned, age-appropriate activities. Nursery and KG enjoyed Fun with Colours, while Classes I and II celebrated the occasion through Threads of Legacy and Brownie Logo Magic. Classes III to V expressed their creativity through Block Painting, Collage Making, Madhubani Art, Show and Tell, Dialogue Writing on the school’s 30-year legacy, Diamante Poem Writing, Kite Making, and Flower Making.
The celebrations continued with Class VI creating commemorative coasters, Class VII exploring pebble art, and Class VIII participating in a Life Skills Workshop. Students of Classes IX and XI reflected on the school’s legacy and envisioned its future through creative writing and artwork.
Promoting environmental responsibility, the Eco Club, in collaboration with NaMo E-Waste, organised a plastic collection and awareness drive in a neighbouring society and installed a plastic collection bin to encourage responsible waste management.
The event concluded with the screening of a documentary on the school’s inspiring 30-year journey, followed by the presentation of the 18 Adhyays of the Bhagavad Gita project, showcasing its positive impact on students’ lives.
The celebration was a fitting tribute to three decades of excellence, bringing together learning, creativity, values, and community service while reaffirming the school’s commitment to nurturing responsible and confident future citizens.
