World Health Day

The school observed World Health Day on Monday, 07 April 2025, focusing on the importance of good health and well-being. Various activities for students including workshops, discussions, and talks, emphasised healthy habits and global health issues. These activities aligned with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) theme of ‘Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures’.
A sensitisation programme was conducted for students in Classes VI to VIII, with a particular emphasis on mental health and the challenges associated with transitioning to puberty. The resource person, Ms. Anns Mariya Charlin, a working Counselling Psychologist and UNESCO-CID licensed Expressive Arts Therapist at Fortis Hospital, delivered a presentation on mental health. The session was interactive, allowing students to express their thoughts and feelings about their mental state through drawing. This creative approach enabled the students to articulate their emotions and concerns.
