NATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY 2025 – CELEBRATIONS AND ACTIVITIES

On Monday, 22 December 2025, the Mathematics Department of SPSMV celebrated National Mathematics Day in honour of Sir Srinivasa Ramanujan’s birth anniversary. Students of Classes VI–IX participated in activities including Mental Math Quiz, Mathematics in Art, TechnoMath Digital Presentations and the Mathematics Modelling Challenge. They showcased creativity, analytical thinking and technological skills through models, presentations, and artworks exploring symmetry, Fibonacci patterns and real-life mathematical applications, highlighting the relevance and beauty of mathematics beyond textbooks.
