Menstrual Hygiene and Health Management Awareness Session

Empowering Young Minds Through Awareness, Health and Dignity

On 22 July 2026, an Awareness Session on Menstrual Hygiene and Health Management (MHHM) was organised for the girl students of Classes VI–XII in collaboration with PadCare Solutions. The session aimed to promote awareness about menstrual health, personal hygiene, and the safe use and scientific disposal of sanitary products. Students were also sensitised to the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, adopting hygienic practices, and seeking timely medical advice whenever required. The interactive session encouraged open discussions, enabling students to ask questions, clarify misconceptions, and address their concerns in a safe and supportive environment. The programme proved to be highly informative and empowering, equipping participants with essential knowledge while fostering confidence, self-awareness, and positive attitudes towards menstrual health and overall well-being.
