Celebrating Culture Through Dance and Rhythm

An Inter-Class Folk Dance Competition was organised for the students of Classes I and II on Wednesday, 25 February 2026. A total of 212 students participated in the event.

The competition was conducted in two rounds. The preliminary round was held within each class, where students performed on selected folk songs. The best performances from each class were then shortlisted for the final round.

In the final round, the selected students presented vibrant folk dances dressed in colourful traditional attire and using suitable props. Their energetic performances reflected great confidence and enthusiasm, making the event a joyful celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage.
