Celebration of 76th Constitution Day

Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar celebrated the 76th Constitution Day on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, with a series of meaningful activities designed to deepen students’ understanding of the Indian Constitution and its core values. A total of 103 students from classes VI–VIII actively participated in the observance.
The programme began with a mass reading of the Preamble, where students reaffirmed their commitment to the principles of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity. This was followed by the Constitution Day Pledge, taken with great pride and a sense of responsibility.
Students also viewed the official film ‘75 Years of Constitution Adoption’, which provided valuable insights into the historical evolution of the Constitution and its role in shaping modern India. Furthermore, students enthusiastically participated in the online Samvidhan Diwas Quiz, demonstrating their knowledge and understanding of constitutional values through an engaging and competitive format.
The celebration successfully reinforced civic consciousness among students and highlighted the significance of the Constitution in strengthening the nation’s democratic framework.
