Kala Utsav Sculpture Competition 2025

The District Level Kala Utsav Sculpture Competition 2025, held at GSKV Shastri Park on Friday, 29 August 2025, provided a platform for young artists to display creativity through three-dimensional artworks and indigenous toys. Shri Ashish Kumar, TGT Art & Craft from Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar, had the honour of serving as one of the judges.

The competition encouraged the use of eco-friendly and biodegradable materials, promoting sustainability in art. The exhibits reflected the richness of Indian heritage while incorporating innovation and contemporary themes.

For Shri Kumar, it was a rewarding experience, offering valuable insights into students’ creativity and reaffirming the role of art in holistic education.
