Janmashtami & Independence Day Celebrations

To celebrate the joyous occasion of Janmashtami, Classes Nursery – KG organised a special assembly on Tuesday, 12 August 2025, where the birth of Lord Krishna was beautifully depicted through a small play. Little ones, dressed as characters from Krishna’s life, enacted scenes from Krishna’s birth. In addition to the assembly, Nursery students also took part in a Matki colouring activity, using bright colours to express their creativity.

Students from KG to Grade II participated in a Matki decoration activity on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, using a variety of decorative materials such as glitter, beads and mirrors. Teachers spoke about the significance of Janmashtami, narrating stories from Lord Krishna’s life and highlighting his values.

Independence Day Celebrations:

Students from Nursery to Grade II celebrated Independence Day with great excitement and zeal, on Thursday, 14 August 2025. The day began with a fun activity where all the students brought tri-coloured fruits representing the colours of Indian national flag. Nursery students added charm to the celebrations with a tearing and pasting activity. KG students enjoyed finger painting on the Indian flag and Grade II students made tricolour wristbands. Students from KG to Grade II took the celebrations a step further by speaking a few lines about national heroes and national symbols. The entire celebration was filled with colour, joy and pride.
