FilmIt Content Workshop at INTACH

On Tuesday, 29 July 2025, three students from Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar — Tanisha Chaudhary (VII A), Krish Chakraborti (VII A), and Ira Upadhyay (VIII B) — had the opportunity to attend a content workshop conducted by renowned content expert Shri Feisal Alkazi at INTACH, Lodhi Estate, as part of the FilmIt Project.
FilmIt is a multicultural initiative aimed at nurturing cultural understanding, empathy, and appreciation among school students through the creative experience of making and sharing short films. The project encourages young learners to explore and document aspects of their physical and cultural environment, while developing a greater appreciation for the rich diversity of communities and traditions around them.
The workshop was both informative and engaging, offering students valuable insights into the art of storytelling, visual expression, and content development. Shri Alkazi guided the participants on how to identify meaningful themes, structure compelling narratives, and bring out powerful messages through short films.
It was a rich and meaningful learning experience, allowing students to enhance their creative thinking, communication skills, and cultural awareness.
