Anveshika Physics Bharat Yatra at our School

With permission of Principal Ma’am, our school collaborated with Anveshika Physics Bharat Yatra (APBY), a prestigious national initiative by National Anveshika Network of India (NANI) and Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT).

As part of this collaboration, a hands-on “Joys of Physics” session was organized for Class XII students at Salwan Public School on Monday ,18 August, 2025.

Ms. Swati Chawla (Coordinator, Bal Bharti Public School Noida Anveshika) and Mr. Vijay Kumar led the session, which began with the presentation of an e-Mashaal to our respected Principal Ma’am followed by the felicitation of the resource persons.

The session featured engaging activities exploring various physics concepts, including force multipliers using system of pulleys ,  circuits consisting of bulbs in series, motor principles, application of surface tension in daily life using soap solution and cost effective items , Newton’s laws, experiencing one Newton, mass of air present in a room , principle of suction, floatation, lactobacillus bacteria in water and  curd using laser, torque and moment of inertia  and  more . Students actively participated, brainstormed, and gained valuable insights. The session concluded with a vote of thanks to the resource persons. It was an enriching experience for each one of us..
