Orientation Session on Two – Exam Policy for Class X

An orientation session on CBSE’s newly introduced Two-Exam Policy for Class X (effective from the academic session 2026) was conducted on Saturday, 12 July 2025, by Smt. Bhawna Puri, Vice Principal, Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar.

The session aimed to apprise the parents of Class X students of the key highlights and implications of the policy. It covered various aspects including the rationale behind the decision, general conditions, eligibility criteria, syllabus division, internal assessment, examination pattern, exam schedule, result declaration process, post-result provisions, and the Class XI admission procedure. It concluded with an interactive Q&A session, wherein parents’ queries were addressed and clarified.

Overall, it was an engaging and informative session that helped strengthen the bond between current students and the alumni community, while inspiring young minds to explore the creative fields with confidence and curiosity.
